Prince Rupert — North Coast MLA Jennifer Rice and her family laid a wreath at the Prince Rupert Cenotaph this Remembrance Day in honour of those who lost their lives in military service. While 2020 presents unique challenges to those wishing to honour the fallen, constituents are encouraged to participate by watching virtual ceremonies and observing two minutes of silence at 11:11 AM.
