It’s never too late to learn!
Your government recognizes that even adults could use a brush up on their reading, writing and math skills. That’s why we’re funding Community Adult Literacy Programs (CALP) across the province, including six in the Prince Rupert, Haida Gwaii and Central Coast regions.
Post-secondary institutions will work with community literacy providers to connect adult learners with the skills they need to build a strong future for themselves, their families and their community. These partnerships support improved learning outcomes and encourage people to transition from community programs to post-secondary studies.
